A. Kitchen

1. Take off cobwebs.

2. Wipe down by outside all cabinets, and drawers. Wipe down blinds or shutters, window seal, and windows (*).

3. Refrigerator:  wipe down top, sides, front, and bottom. Microwave in and out (wash the plate).

4. Clean range hood in/out. Polish (If apply stainless steel).

5. Stove: wash cook top, knobs, broiler drawer, etc.

6. Dishwasher: clean it by outside.

7. Wash counter tops, back splash, sink (faucet all around, drain, etc).

8. Wipe down door frames, baseboards, switches, outlets, blinds and/or shutters, etc.

9. Sweep, and mop floor.

10. Remove all garbage.

C. Dining Room

1. Take off cobwebs.

2. Clean light fixture, lamps and/or ceiling fan (reachable).

3. Wipe down door frames, baseboards, switches, outlets, blinds and/or shutters, window seal, vents, windows (*),etc. Dust all furniture.

4. Vacuuming and/or sweep, and mop floor.

 

D. Living Room

1. Take off cobwebs.

2. Clean light fixture, lamps and/or ceiling fan.

3. Wipe down door frames, baseboards, switches, outlets, blinds and/or shutters, window seal, vents, etc. Dust all furniture.

4. Vacuuming and/or sweep, and mop floor.

E. Bedrooms/Hallway

1. Take off cobwebs.

2. Clean light fixture, lamps and/or ceiling fan (reachable).

3. Wipe down door, door frames, baseboards, switches, outlets, blinds and/or shutters, window seal, vents, etc. Closets slide doors, and tracks. Clean slide mirrors doors, if apply.  Dust all furniture.

4. Vacuuming and/or sweep, and mop floors

5. Remove all garbage.

F. Bathrooms

1. Take off cobwebs.

2. Clean light fixture, and fan over (reachable).

3. Toilet: wash in/out, behind (water hose) and bottom (by bolts).Sink: wash the faucet and all around, drain, and counter top. Shower and/or bath tub: top, bottom, and sides scrubbing walls, ground floor, faucet, shower head, slide windows doors, tracks, and handles.

3. Wipe down door, door frames, baseboards, switches, outlets, blinds and/or shutters, window (*) window seal, mirrors. By outside: cabinets, drawers, medicine cabinet, etc.

4. Sweep, and mop floor.

5. Remove all garbage.

G. Laundry room

1. Take off cobwebs.

2. Clean light fixture, and fan over (reachable).

3. Wipe down door, door frames, baseboards, switches, outlets, blinds and/or shutters, window (*) window seal, cabinets, etc. Wash sink (if apply).

4. Sweep, and mop floor.

5. Remove all garbage.

(*) Wipe down fingers prints, etc. On patio slide doors windows both sides if the weather allow us (if apply).

2. Steam Carpet Cleaning: wall to wall vacuuming, pre-spray, scrubbing, rinse, and odorize.
