Realtor Prep House Cleaning

A. Kitchen

• Take off cobwebs.
• Wipe down cabinets (doors both sides, and under cabinets too), blinds and/or shutters (dry and dump cloth), and window sills.
• Wash counter tops, back splash, sink (faucet all around, drain, etc).
• Wipe down door, door frames, molding, baseboards, switches, outlets, etc.
• Dusting table, chairs, light fixture, ceiling fans, etc.
• Appliances in/out cleaning: toaster, microwave, oven (scrub racks), and fridge. Full cleaning on stove: knobs, racks, range hood (cleaning: in/out, filters, lights, and covers). Polish stainless steel appliances.
• Remove all garbage.
• Sweep, and mop floor.

C. Dining Room

• Take off cobwebs.
• Clean light fixture, ceiling fan, and/ or lamps.
• Wipe down door frames, baseboards, molding, switches, outlets, blinds and/or shutters (with dry and/or dump cloth), window sills, vents, etc.
• Through dust on table, chairs, furniture, pictures, etc.
• Vacuuming chairs, draperies, and curtains.
• Vacuum and/or sweep and mop floors.

D. Living Room

• Take off cobwebs.
• Clean light fixture, ceiling fan, and/or lamps.
• Wipe down door frames, baseboards, molding, switches, outlets, blinds and/or shutters (with dry and/or dump cloth), window sills, vents, etc.
• Through dust on tables, furniture, pictures, etc. Vacuuming sofas (over and under couches).
• Clean in/out fireplace (if apply).
• Fold area rugs to sweep and mop under them (if allow).
• Vacuuming and/or sweep and mop floor.

E. Bedrooms / Hallway

• Take off cobwebs.
• Clean light fixture, lamps and/or ceiling fan.
• Wipe down door, door frames, baseboards, molding, switches, outlets, blinds and/or shutters, window sills, vents, etc. Clean slide mirrors doors, and tracks (if apply).
• Through dust on desk, furniture, pictures, etc.
• Vacuuming and/or sweep and mop floors.

F. Bathrooms

• Take off cobwebs.
• Clean light fixture, and fan cover.
• Toilet: wash in/out, behind (water hose) and bottom (by bolts). Sinks: wash the faucet and all around, drain, and counter top. Bath tub: top, bottom, and sides scrubbing walls, ground floor, faucet, shower head, slide glass doors, tracks, and handles.
• Wipe down door, door frames, molding, baseboards, switches, outlets, blinds and/or shutters, window sills, mirrors, etc.
• Remove garbage.
• Sweep, and mop floor.

Note: After our cleaning on glass shower door and grout areas, if there are still hard water deposits, soap scum, and/or mold; you may need to contract a professional grout cleaning service.

G. Laundry Room

• Take off cobwebs.
• Clean light fixture.
• Wipe down door, door frames, baseboards, molding, switches, outlets, blinds and/or shutters, window sill, vents, cabinets, washer, dryer, etc. Wash sink (if apply).
• Remove garbage.
• Sweep, and mop floor.
