Refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher: clean top, sides, front, and bottom. Or remove wraps if they are new. Polish (if apply stainless steel).
Clean range hood in/out. Polish (if apply stainless steel).
Wash countertops, backsplash, and sink (faucet all around, drain, etc).
Wipe down door frames, baseboards, switches, outlets, vents, etc.
Sweep and mop floor.
Remove all garbage.

Fireplace: dusting and vacuuming. If apply, remove pieces to clean inside the glass on gas fireplace.

Take off cobwebs.
Clean light fixture, lamps, and/or ceiling fan.
Wipe down doors, door frames, baseboards, switches, outlets, blinds and/or shutters, vents, and window sills. Wipe down closet shelves, sliding doors, and tracks. Clean mirrored sliding doors, if apply.
Wall-to-wall vacuuming and/or sweep and mop floors.
F. Bathrooms
Take off cobwebs.
Clean light fixture and fan cover.
Toilet: wash inside/outside, behind (water hose), and bottom (by bolts). Sink: wash faucet, around drain, and countertop. Bathtub: scrub top, bottom, and sides, including walls, floor, faucet, shower head, sliding glass doors, tracks, and handles.
Wipe down mirrors, doors, door frames, baseboards, switches, outlets, blinds and/or shutters, and window sills. Vacuum and wipe down cabinets, drawers, and/or medicine cabinet inside and out.
Sweep and mop floor.
