Ongoing Cleaning Services

A. Kitchen

1. Remove cobwebs.
2. Wipe down exterior of all cabinets and drawers. Clean blinds/shutters, window sills, and windows (*).
3. Refrigerator: Clean top, sides, front, and bottom. Microwave inside and out (wash the plate).
4. Clean range hood in/out and polish (if stainless steel).
5. Stove: Clean cooktop, knobs, broiler drawer, etc.
6. Dishwasher: Clean exterior.
7. Clean countertops, backsplash, and sink (including faucet, drain, and surrounding area).
8. Wipe door frames, baseboards, switches, outlets, blinds/shutters, etc.
9. Sweep and mop the floor.
10. Remove all garbage.

C. Dining Room

1. Remove cobwebs.
2. Clean light fixtures, lamps, and ceiling fan (reachable).
3. Wipe all surfaces: door frames, baseboards, switches, outlets, blinds/shutters, window sills, vents, windows (*). Dust all furniture.
4. Vacuum or sweep and mop the floor.

D. Living Room

1. Remove cobwebs.
2. Clean light fixtures, lamps, and ceiling fan.
3. Wipe all surfaces: door frames, baseboards, switches, outlets, blinds/shutters, window sills, vents. Dust all furniture.
4. Vacuum or sweep and mop the floor.

E. Bedrooms & Hallway

1. Remove cobwebs.
2. Clean light fixtures, lamps, and ceiling fan (reachable).
3. Wipe door frames, baseboards, switches, outlets, blinds/shutters, window sills, vents, closet sliding doors and tracks, and mirror doors if applicable. Dust all furniture.
4. Vacuum or sweep and mop the floors.
5. Remove all garbage.

F. Bathrooms

1. Remove cobwebs.
2. Clean light fixtures and exhaust fans (reachable).
3. Toilet: Clean inside/outside, behind (hose), and around the base. Sink: Clean faucet, drain, and countertop. Shower/tub: Scrub walls, floor, faucet, showerhead, glass doors, tracks, and handles.
4. Wipe mirrors, cabinets (outside), drawers, medicine cabinet, window (*), switches, outlets, and baseboards.
5. Sweep and mop the floor.
6. Remove all garbage.

G. Laundry Room

1. Remove cobwebs.
2. Clean light fixtures and fans (reachable).
3. Wipe doors, switches, outlets, blinds/shutters, cabinets, windows (*), window sills. Clean sink (if applicable).
4. Sweep and mop the floor.
5. Remove all garbage.
