A. Kitchen

1. Take off cobwebs.

2. Vacuuming and wipe down in/out/under cabinets, and drawers. Vacuuming and wipe down blinds and/or shutters, and window seal.

3. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher:  clean top, sides, front, and bottom. Or remove wraps in case are new ones. Polish (If apply stainless steel).

4. Clean range hood in/out. Polish (If apply stainless steel).

5. Wash counter tops, back splash, sink (faucet all around, drain, etc).

6. Wipe down door frames, baseboards, switches, outlets, vents, etc.

7. Sweep, and mop floor.

8. Remove all garbage.

C. Dining Room

1. Take off cobwebs.

2. Clean light fixture, lamps and/or ceiling fan.

3. Wipe down doors, door frames, baseboards, switches, outlets, vents, etc. Vacuuming and wipe down blinds and/or shutters, and window seal.

4. Sweep, mop floors, and/or vacuuming.

 

 

 

D. Living Room

1. Take off cobwebs.

2. Clean light fixture, lamps and/or ceiling fan.

3. Wipe down doors, door frames, baseboards, switches, outlets, vents, etc . Vacuuming and wipe down blinds and/or shutters, and window seal.

4. Fireplace: dusting and vacuuming. If apply (sometimes we have to remove some pieces to clean by inside the glass on gas fireplace).

5. Vacuuming or sweep, and mop floor.

 

E. Bedrooms/Hallway

1. Take off cobwebs.

2. Clean light fixture, lamps and/or ceiling fan.

3. Wipe down doors, door frames, baseboards, switches, outlets, blinds and/or shutters, vents, and window seal. Wipe down closet shelves, slide doors, tracks. Clean slide mirrors doors, if apply.

4. Wall to wall vacuuming, and /or sweep and mop floors.

 

F. Bathrooms

1. Take off cobwebs.

2. Clean light fixture, and fan over.

3. Toilet: wash in/out, behind (water hose) and bottom (by bolts). Sink: wash the faucet and all around, drain, and counter top. Bath tub: top, bottom, and sides scrubbing walls, ground floor, faucet, shower head, slide windows doors, tracks, and handles.

3. Wipe down mirrors, door, door frames, baseboards, switches, outlets, blinds and/or shutters, and window seal.  Vacuuming and wipe down in/out: cabinets, drawers, and/or medicine cabinet.

4. Sweep, and mop floor.

 

Additional Services:

1. Window Cleaning: wash windows in/out, clean tracks, and wash screens.
